This spacious four bedroom two storey house is perfect for two-three couples, business travellers, or families. It is close to public transport, shops, cafes and parks. You’ll love this house because of the free wifi, quiet neighbourhood, comfy beds, kitchen supplies and outdoor space. Totally self-contained and comfortably fits up to 7 people. 

Location

Festival Stays Clarence Park house is a 10 minute walk from the Black Forest shops, which include an award-winning bakery, post office and two restaurants (one is an excellent Northern Indian restaurant). Only a two minute walk away is the fabulous Bracegirdles - excellent for breakfast or lunch and serving Australia’s most awarded handmade chocolates. Our Clarence Park house is a perfect base for larger groups wishing to work in Adelaide or to explore Adelaide’s hills, beaches and wineries (see location map). 

Getting Around

The house is easily accessible by car, bicycle or by public transport to Adelaide city, universities, businesses, conference centres, cultural and sporting venues, including the Royal Adelaide Showgrounds.

The airport, interstate bus and train services are 15 minutes by car, 30 minutes by bus.

Public Transport nearby

Bus stops: 150 m (Cross Road: 998 to Glenelg, 100/C to Cumberland Park shops, or change to J1 for airport) and 270 m (East Ave/Winston Ave: W90 City, Marion).

Railway stations: Emerson (700 m) and Clarence Park (900 m) are both about a 10 minute walk. Trains go to either the city or beaches - Brighton, Somerton Park, Seacliff. Change trains at Goodwood Station for Belair National Park.

Tram stop 6 South Road: Glenelg-City-Entertainment Centre : 1.5 km, a 20 minute walk.

Standard rate 2017: A$1,120 per week (2 guests).
Minimum stay is 7 nights. Extra guests $10 per night.

Longer stay discounts apply as follows:

  • 14 nights or more: 10% discount

  • 28 nights or more: 30% discount (no change for extra guests)

  • 2 months or more: Please contact us about weekly rental.
